In addition to our regular yoga & meditation classes, we offer the following types of appointments with a variety of practitioners. -Full Body Stretch (also known as Thai Bodywork or Thai Massage) personal appointments

-Reiki (Energy Healing) personal appointments as well as group events like Reiki Shares

-Sound Meditations (also known as Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, as well as Sound Healing & Kirtan) personal appointments and group events

-Yoga and/or Meditation also available as personal or small group private events or parties
